Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (from sourcing to onboarding), especially for IT positions.
- Handle personnel administration, including employment contracts, employee database and documentation.
- Administer employee benefits such as BPJS, insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
- Support training and employee development programs.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Maintain employee relations and assist in resolving HR-related issues.
- Manage offboarding process including resignation handling, exit interviews, and final clearance.
- Ensure HR processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist / HC Business Partner (preferably in IT company).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
- Familiar with Indonesian labor law, BPJS, and HR administration.
- Experience in hiring IT roles is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
