As a Sales Administrator, you will focus on handling sales for Key Accounts, including managing the administrative processes for creating and circulating customer contracts. You will support events and joint promotions, prepare pipeline reports, and handle outgoing purchase orders. Additionally, the role involves monitoring daily sales activities, preparing tender documents, and registering new accounts, principals, and distributors according to SOPs.
Job Description:
- Pay attention to sales support for administration
- Support events or Joint Planning Sessions (JPS) with customers
- Process the PO Out after it has been approved and before sending it to outside parties
- Assisting sales for aanwijzing
- Verify original documents, either online or offline
- Preparing tender documents up to submitting tender documents.
- Create tender document checklists
- Ensure complete PO documents from sales, starting from Quotation, Costing, Budget, PO
- Ensure that the costing and budget of a project is in accordance with the application and submitted to Qalbu
- Updating sales orders in the Qalbu system up to the draft invoice
- Updating purchase orders in the Qalbu system until receiving the Delivery Order
- Register processes for customer partners, principals, distributors in accordance with existing SOPs.
- Carrying out deal registration on the principal system.
- Attend meetings and create Minutes of Meetings at Sales meetings, Quarter Business Review (QBR) and Business Plan (BP) presentations.
- Create pipeline reports for sales meetings
- Review customer contracts and NDAs from the Company's legal perspective and carry out the signature circulation process.
- Help monitor the circulation of new contracts from customers.
- Monitoring validation of company legality
- Monitor daily sales activity via Qalbu and Excel then create reports
- Carrying out other work that is useful to support the achievement of company targets according to direct & indirect superiors' directions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 3 year of experience as a sales administrator in an IT company & handling IT tender administration
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated, passionate, adaptive, and honest
- Comfortable working with strict targets
- Strong team player with trustworthiness, integrity, persistence, fast learning ability, and independence
- Fluent in English
