Senior Data Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team and help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, building reports and visualizations, and providing actionable insights to improve business performance. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, marketing, operations, and finance, to help solve key business challenges and support strategic objectives.
Job Descriptions:
- Perform team tasks in the data analytics area including data exploration, data cleaning, data preparation and transformation and data visualization
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement projects in the field of data analytics
- Can convince and provide solutions to business process problems in customers that require data analytics solutions
- Responsible for researching, selecting and developing algorithms that are closest to the truth as a solution to data science needs.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, majoring in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering/Physics
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Analytics
- Hands on experience implementing Data warehouse development
- Good command of ETL tools (e.g. Talend)
- Good command of SQL Script and Python programming
- Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) implementation. Implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Gen AI will provide added value
- Have analytical BI dashboard development skills such as Tableau, PowerBI, Pentaho
- Good communication skills, team and project oriented.
